Balian Beach

Good place, good staff and good view

Amazing surfing beach. I drove my scooter from Canggu to Balian and it was amazing once I got closer to the beach. But it was super sketchy and overall do not recommend driving a scooter on the main roads that far. I got to these rice terraces very close to the beach which was a beautiful surprise. Once I got to the beach you can have some coffee and watch the surf. After my surf there’s a great pool you can chill at for the day, just pay I think 100k. Highly recommend this spot if you wanna surf and chill

This beach was quiet with small crowds. The water was clear and great for walking. Some parts have soft charcoal colored/black sand, while other parts have rocks. Collected a lot of small seashells. Everyone morning, surfers were out surfing. A few stray dogs waiting for anyone to feed them. Some trash but not as bad as other beaches in Bali. Enjoyed this beach more than the populated beaches in Bali too.
